114 Diagnosis

Stop trying to tote your wares. Make the time mean something. I don't want to see the contrived personality you think would be most presentable because chances are, it's false and disgusting. Think of a twinkie. Delicious, zero substance and once you know what's in it for real only the brave and stupid charge onward. I am brave, but I am not that stupid.

I can also see that this won't go anywhere if you're up for that kind of a game. You won't win.

That can be fatal.

[Candy. Very tricky. To take it when they're talking about encounters and crap like this could hold a lot more unnecessary meaning than it should.]

I like diagnostics. Though when you're a kid it's more about what makes it work. Take it apart, put it back together.

But only for cats.

[She only sees it as a candy bar, though she at least knows what she's going to do with it. Claire would, however, be interested in seeing if he took it before she did anything. And she can relate, in a sense, when it comes to taking apart something and putting it back together in order to see how it works. Toes, fingers, her entire body.]

Is that what you went to school knowing you'd end up doing? Figuring out weird things that no one else has any clue about?
