[His hand's in his pocket, holding the keys for the moment. Questioning takes priority.]

[He pauses, arching an eyebrow at House. The tone's shifted a bit, Wilson moving into conspiratorial gossip mode.]

[That's punctuated with a tiny smirk. There's a slight pause as his expression shifts back to something more neutral as he explains further, one arm held palm-up loosely to the side, moving with his tone as he speaks.]
