Well, it took a while to arrange, hence the timing... or lack thereof, rather. I figured any random day meant about as much to you as any holiday, though.

[That's punctuated with a tiny smirk. There's a slight pause as his expression shifts back to something more neutral as he explains further, one arm held palm-up loosely to the side, moving with his tone as he speaks.]

You've been stuck here much longer than any of us... it's almost exclusively pedestrian. So it's... actually not entirely impractical.
