Call it a bad, bad ear infection. The inner ear and natural mechanisms that set up balance are swollen and aggitated. Generally thrown out of whack leaving the patient irritated and nausiated easily. Hearing is painful too.

Haha, most things! I just operate a family clinic, so nothing too strange. Every once in a while I get one that's puzzling though.
